Sometimes it is difficult for humans to understand God’s love when he equally dispenses his wrath. We tend to believe that love drives out wrath, or wrath drives out love. But we are told that both reside together in God. Perhaps the easiest way for man to resolve this issue is in our responses to a wayward act by one of our children, we discipline them yet we still love them.
If you’ve spent any time in Hollywood driving along the 101 Hollywood Freeway, then you’ve likely noticed the giant, illuminated cross on top of a hill just to the north of Whitley Heights. Every time we drove by this Cross, most of us wondered why is it there.

Engage your mind in meditation on the Word to sharpen your understanding of the seasons and the times we are in. Ask the Spirit of the Lord for spiritual insight. Become filled to overflowing by the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues!?
How would you define the words NEED and WANT? A NEED is something necessary to live and function. A WANT is something that can improve your quality of life. Using these criteria, a NEED includes food, clothing, shelter, and medical care, while WANT includes everything else. Is this the TRUTH about these two words? How do they relate to one another? However, as you’ll find, these terms are more fluid than they appear to be at first glance. While working through your lists, you may find that some items can fit into both categories, making the process confusing. Should they do that?
